  1. I just went buy another business yesterday that was suddenly closed. I tried to bring them into the circle of story+social media, but they wouldn’t listen. They thought newspaper ads would save them. Sigh.

    Very nice post, Trey. I see you have been studying up. Clearly, in today’s market, “passion” is not enough and “noise” stands no chance. If we aren’t engaging our customers via story and relationship, then we’re ready to close the doors.
