I have come to form an incredible distaste for the arrogance and hubris of so many executives. The courtesy of a reply to an outreach, from someone you know, is just not that difficult. Just a simple acknowledgement is not that hard and really should not be too much of a demand on your \u201cincredibly valuable\u201d time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Seriously people,\u00a0#BeGoodToPeople<\/a>\u00a0even when you don\u2019t \u201cneed\u201d something from \u201cthem.\u201d\u00a0#FollowThePath<\/a>\u00a0#RonR<\/a>#H2H<\/a>\u2026\u00a0#NoLetUp<\/a>!<\/p>\n

*P.S. I believe mid-level managers are learning from their senior execs, emulating them, and forming the same bad habits. They especially need to remember that\u2026 Your Brand is what you do; Your Reputation is what people Remember AND Share!<\/p>\n
