  1. Sam – thank you for the great practical examples. It certainly puts things in perspective.

    Cause marketing capitalizes on the inherent altruism present in all of us. I am surprised that it needed research to find out being nice helps -anytime :))

    At the end of the day, it is the customers who will dictate the dialogue, and companies will have to listen, engage, build trust, and sell (eventually).
